Using our broad knowledge of the UK's private health and welfare market, we are able to design and broker a bespoke package to cover your company's needs. We will then help you communicate this package to your employees.

Health and welfare benefits programmes are usually made up of two elements: firstly, core company-funded benefits, eg private medical insurance, and secondly, employee-funded benefit options (voluntary benefits), eg travel insurance, dental insurance, health cash plans or well woman critical illness cover. We are able to advise on both aspects.

Increasingly, employers are adopting flexible benefits programmes to help manage costs and provide a wider range of benefits that better relate to employee needs. We can advise on the design, introduction and integration of a flexible benefits programme, and then support you through the process of implementing and communicating the programme to your employees.
