Bupa changes its image

You may have noticed that the Bupa logo has changed.

Most obvious is the fact that it is now “Bupa” rather than “BUPA”; the change from initials to a simple brand name being more acceptable, it seems, to the organisation’s expanding international interests. It also marks a further retreat from the old Provident Association image to a fully commercial organisation.

The new Bupa is happy to link its name to a wide range of products. As a result, members can get discounts, normally between 10% and 20% off the price of products such as flowers, bicycles and sunglasses. If you have employees on a Bupa medical insurance plan, you may want to let them know that they can find out about the various offers by accessing the following site:
